About the role
We build AI-native products — agents, RAG systems, workflow automation, and full-stack applications — for fintech and capital markets clients. You'll own features end to end: schema to API to UI, shipped to production.
What you'll do
- Build and ship full-stack features across Node.js backends and React/Next.js frontends.
- Design REST/GraphQL APIs, data models, and integrations with third-party services.
- Write clean, typed, testable code and own it through review, deploy, and monitoring.
- Work directly with founders and clients to scope and de-risk features quickly.
- Debug production issues across the stack — frontend, backend, database, infra.
Must-haves
- 1–3 years building production web apps with Node.js and React.
- Solid Next.js (App Router, SSR/SSG, API routes) and TypeScript.
- Comfortable with relational databases (PostgreSQL) — schema design, queries, indexing.
- Understands REST/GraphQL, auth, and basic system design.
- Git, CI/CD, and a habit of shipping working software, not perfect plans.
Nice-to-haves
- AI/LLM experience — building with the Claude/OpenAI APIs, RAG, vector DBs, agent frameworks, or prompt engineering.
- Exposure to fintech / capital markets domain (trading, market data, SEBI-regulated products).
- ClickHouse, Redis, or other data-heavy backends.
- Go, Python, or a willingness to pick them up.
- Docker, basic cloud/infra (AWS/GCP), observability.
