We are expanding our internal software development team and are looking for 5–8 hands-on Full Stack Developers to build and improve business-critical software used across our operations.

This is not primarily a website-development role.

You Will Work On Applications Such As

• Management dashboards
• Business reports
• ERP-related applications
• Manufacturing systems
• Inventory and purchasing applications
• Production and operations dashboards
• Internal workflow systems
• API integrations
• Data-driven business applications
• Automation tools
  
  

We are looking for developers who understand MVC architecture, are strong with databases and APIs, and enjoy solving real business problems through software.

Node.js Is Strongly Preferred. PHP Experience Is Also Preferred.

What You Will Do

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications.
• Build front-end interfaces and back-end business logic.
• Develop applications using structured MVC architecture.
• Write clean, reusable, maintainable code.
• Develop new features and improve existing applications.
• Debug application, database, and API issues.
• Test and support applications through production deployment.
  
  

Back-End Development

• Develop applications using Node.js / Express.js.
• Work with PHP / Laravel applications.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, logging, and error handling.
• Build scheduled jobs, background processes, and automation workflows.
  
  

Front-End Development

Work With Technologies Such As

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JavaScript
• TypeScript
• Bootstrap
• Tailwind CSS
• React.js / Vue.js / Angular
  
  

Much of the front-end work will involve practical business interfaces such as:

• Dashboards
• Data tables
• Forms
• Filters
• Reports
• Charts
• Administrative screens
• ERP screens
• Workflow applications
  
  

Database Development

Strong SQL skills are important for this role.

You Should Be Comfortable With

• Complex SQL queries
• Joins and subqueries
• CTEs
• Stored procedures
• Views
• Transactions
• Indexing
• Query optimization
• Database design
• Data integrity
  
  

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Microsoft SQL Server
  
  

API & Integration

• Develop and consume REST APIs.
• Integrate internal and external systems.
• Work with JSON, XML, webhooks, and third-party APIs.
• Implement JWT, OAuth, and API authentication.
• Troubleshoot API and data synchronization issues.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

We are primarily looking for strong hands-on developers, not purely managerial or architecture-focused candidates.

You should be comfortable taking a requirement and working through:

Database → SQL → Backend → MVC → API → Front End → Testing → Deployment

You Should Also Be Able To

• Understand existing code.
• Debug unfamiliar applications.
• Identify root causes instead of applying temporary fixes.
• Work independently on assigned development tasks.
• Write code that other developers can understand and maintain.

Work Model

First 3 Months

The role will primarily be work from our Changodar factory location in Ahmedabad.

After 3 Months

Based on performance and project requirements, developers may move to a hybrid model:

• Approximately 3 days per week from the factory
• Up to 3 days per week working from home
  
  

The work-from-home portion is optional based on employee preference and project requirements.
