Full Stack / Backend Engineer (Node.js) who can design, develop, and scale high-performance web applications. The role involves building robust APIs, integrating front-end and back-end systems, ensuring security, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability. As a
Project Lead, you will also contribute to architecture decisions, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate closely with product and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable web application architecture
- Build and maintain secure, high-performance APIs and services
- Integrate UI/UX designs with backend functionality
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in full SDLC: design, development, testing, and deployment
- Conduct code and test case reviews; ensure quality standards
- Gather requirements, estimate effort, and solve technical challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and support team growth
Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise in JavaScript & Node.js
- Working knowledge of Angular and JS testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.)
- Experience with Cloud Native architecture, Docker, CI/CD, and Azure/AWS
- Knowledge of SaaS application architecture and large-scale systems
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and secure application design
- Experience working in cross-functional product and design teams
