Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders and fellow developers.
- Develop features using Python/Django for backend services and JavaScript/HTML for frontend views (web and mobile native).
- Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.
- Identify and fix software bugs.
- Create a wide variety of unit tests to verify the functionality of the software.
- Manage the security of the platform.
- Write detailed documentation around the code.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Django Developer with a portfolio of Django-based projects.
- Proficiency in the Python programming language and the Django web framework.
- Proficiency in JavaScript programming and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQLite.
- Effective problem-solving skills for addressing technical challenges.
- Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.
- Strong communication skills for project coordination.
