About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, along with experience in cloud platforms, databases, and modern development practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build high-quality software solutions, optimize application performance, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop secure and efficient backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Design and optimize relational and NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Work with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
- Strong backend development experience using Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integration.
- Good knowledge of MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
- Experience with Git/GitHub or GitLab.
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization.
- Experience working with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
