Full Stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React.js)

Location: Bengaluru / Kolkata

Experience: 5+ Years

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM IST

Role Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to build and enhance modern cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to feature development, debugging, testing, and production support while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of scalable application architecture, and experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable code aligned with modern engineering standards.

• Develop REST APIs and integrate them with frontend components for seamless user experience. Cloud & Deployment (GCP)

• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services to support deployment, hosting, monitoring, and performance improvements.

• Participate in cloud optimization activities including application tuning, latency reduction, and stability enhancements.

• Ensure application readiness for production through secure and scalable deployments. Testing & Quality Engineering

• Write and maintain unit and integration test cases for both frontend and backend modules.

• Ensure high test coverage and contribute to improving overall code quality and reliability.

• Support QA teams by resolving bugs, improving stability, and validating fixes. Debugging & Production Support

• Debug production and non-production issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.

• Provide short-term fixes and implement long-term preventive solutions.

• Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of business-critical applications. Collaboration & Engineering Practices

• Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high quality solutions.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.

• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions in an Agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with: o Node.js (Express.js preferred) o React.js (hooks, state management, component architecture)

• Solid understanding of API development, integration, and debugging.

• Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

• Strong knowledge of testing practices and frameworks for frontend and backend.

• Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities. Good to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging practices.

• Exposure to microservices architecture and scalable system design.
