The Role:
We're looking for a Mid-level Full-Stack Developer who's excited to work in a dynamic startup environment where ideas move fast and ownership matters. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team on challenging, real-world problems, contributing to both backend logic and frontend interfaces.
What You'll Do:
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications (React + FastAPI / Node).
- Work on new product features and help shape our core platform architecture.
- Integrate APIs and build data pipelines for financial workflows.
- Contribute ideas to improve usability, performance, and design.
- Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, and product discussions.
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js.
- Advanced level of understanding of databases and data cycles (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
- Eagerness to learn modern DevOps and cloud tools (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
- Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following areas: Data Extraction & Processing, AI/LLM Systems and RAG Architectures, Cloud Infrastructure, Architecture & Performance Optimisation.
