About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) with strong expertise in NestJS to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing scalable applications, leading development teams, and driving architectural decisions. This role requires a strong backend focus using NestJS while working across the MERN stack to deliver enterprise-grade products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack
- Build robust backend services and REST APIs using NestJS, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Develop responsive front-end applications using React.js.
- Design scalable microservices and enterprise application architecture.
- Optimize MongoDB databases for performance and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7–12 years of Full Stack Development experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of Technical Leadership or Architecture experience.
- Experience working in Product-based companies or fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
