Full Stack Developer (Mern Stack)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with a strong understanding of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation financial applications. You will play a key role in building secure, scalable, and user-friendly platforms that drive our business forward.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and implement full-stack features for our trading platforms, trading CRMs, and internal applications using the MERN stack.
• Ability to integrate and manage third party solutions like manage payment gateways and eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) solutions to ensure seamless user experience and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain APIs / Webhooks for data exchange and communication between different applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to define technical roadmaps and deliver projects on time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the fintech space.
• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure code quality and application stability.
• Knowledge of Git / ubuntu setup / deployment is a must
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment, adapting to changing requirements and collaborating with diverse teams.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of proven experience building full-stack applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Knowledge of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with payment gateway integrations and eKYC solutions is good to have.
• Experience with building multi-tenant platforms is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Python and/or PHP is a plus.
• Strong understanding of web security principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have strong conceptual knowledge in MERN.
