Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology team to define and execute Medixcy's tech vision and strategy. The CTO will oversee software development, ensure robust IT architecture, and drive the development of innovative products to improve healthcare accessibility. Additionally, the role involves managing technology projects, optimizing processes, and fostering collaborations to drive technical excellence. The CTO will play a key role in aligning technology solutions with the company's mission and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and innovative solutions
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing and implementing robust and future-forward infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and leading cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience in strategic decision-making to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare technology domain is a strong advantage
