Job Summary
We're looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer (0-2 years) to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. You should be proficient in modern web frameworks, cloud services, and database design, with a solid grasp of the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications across frontend and backend.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product, and engineering to deliver high-quality features.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs; integrate third-party APIs.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployments.
- Work with DevOps and cloud platforms for CI/CD and deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 0–2 years in a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js / Next.js
- Backend: Node.js
- Database: MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Preferred: Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Plus: CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.
