Full Stack Developer

• We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React and Ruby to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to develop user-centric features, optimize application performance, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React (frontend) and Ruby (backend).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
• Optimize application performance, including database queries and UI rendering.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality code.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in React and Ruby development and propose innovative solutions.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React:
• Hands-on experience with modern React (hooks, context, functional components).
• Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or similar.
• Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
• Proven expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails:
• Deep understanding of Rails architecture, MVC design pattern, and Active Record.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs and background job systems (e.g., Sidekiq).
• Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficient in modern version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec, Jest, or Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
