Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (6+ years experience) with strong expertise in:
- Laravel (Backend)
- Next.js (Frontend)
- React Native (Mobile Apps – iOS & Android)
You will be responsible for end-to-end development, from architecture to deployment, ensuring a stable, scalable, and production-ready system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications
- Build robust backend systems using Laravel (PHP)
- Develop high-performance frontend using Next.js (React)
- Build and maintain React Native mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Implement secure payment workflows (pre-auth, capture, adjustments)
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security
- Work closely with QA (strict validation process)
- Participate in sprint planning, Jira tracking, and code reviews
- Maintain clean documentation and structured codebase (Bitbucket)
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Laravel (advanced level)
- Next.js / React
- React Native (production-level apps)
- Experience with:
- REST APIs & microservices architecture
- Payment gateway integrations (Stripe or similar)
- Database design (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Git (Bitbucket workflows preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- System architecture & scalability
- Security best practices
- Performance optimisation
Preferred (Highly Valuable)
- Experience with real-time systems (live tracking, notifications)
- DevOps / CI-CD (AWS, Docker, pipelines)
- Experience building:
- Booking platforms
- Mobility / logistics systems
- Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, APIs, AI integrations)
Important Expectations
- Onsite role – candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh/Mohali
- Strong ownership and accountability for delivery
- All work must be:
- Tracked via Jira
- Committed to Bitbucket (company-controlled repositories)
- Developer is responsible for QA before submission
- High standards for code quality and performance
- Regular progress reporting and team collaboration required

Compensation
- 80,000 – 120,000 per month (based on experience and capability)
