About the role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of experience to join our growing development team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.

You will collaborate closely with designers, product owners, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of modern web technologies, and hands-on experience in building robust and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.

• Develop and maintain modern full-stack applications using Next.js, NestJS, and PostgreSQL.

• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and business logic using Laravel and NestJS.

• Create responsive, high-performance, and SEO-friendly user interfaces using React.js, Next.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.

• Work on WordPress projects, including custom theme development, plugin customization, and website maintenance.

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL and MySQL databases to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.

• Write efficient and optimized database queries and contribute to database architecture and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing functionality.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance.

• Follow coding standards, best practices, and maintain clear technical documentation.

• Use Git for version control and participate in collaborative development workflows.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

• Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel.

• Hands-on experience with Next.js and NestJS.

• Experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases.

• Experience with WordPress development, including themes and plugins.

• Good knowledge of React.js and/or Vue.js.

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience working with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS.

• Familiarity with Git version control systems.

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.

• Knowledge of database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
