About the Role- Build responsive and accessible UI components using React, Tailwind CSS, or component libraries like ShadCN/UI
- Handle client-side state using Zustand, Redux, or React Context
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR)
- Optimize frontend performance (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals)
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and pixel-perfect design implementation
- Implement form validation, authentication flows, and UI feedback mechanisms
Requirements- 4 - 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong expertise in Next.js, including SSR, ISR, routing, and API routes
- Solid hands-on experience with Payload CMS collections, access control, plugins
- Strong command of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
- Deep understanding of PostgreSQL/MongoDB and relational database design
- Experience with Tailwind CSS, component libraries, and responsive UI design
- Familiarity with authentication (JWT, sessions, OAuth)
- Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices
- Strong Git/GitHub workflow knowledge
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience migrating from WordPress to Payload CMS
- Familiarity with CMS-based SaaS products
Prior experience deploying with Vercel, Netlify, or Docker-based workflows
