Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development : Take complete ownership of the backend (Spring Boot) and mobile frontend (React JS).
- Scalable Architecture : Design and implement RESTful APIs that can handle real-time data from thousands of connected IoT devices.
- Database Management : Optimize PostgreSQL schemas for high-speed data retrieval and reliability.
- Quality & Reliability : Write clean, documented code with a test-first mindset (Unit/Integration testing).
- Problem Solving : Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex production issues and hardware-software synchronization bugs.
Technical Must-Haves
- Backend : Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
- Mobile : High proficiency in React JS (Willing to learn and upskill quickly into React Native)
- Database : Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Fundamentals : Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST API design.
- DevOps/Tools : Experience with Git, Unit Testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito), and debugging tools.
- Mandatory : Must have worked in Product-based companies or Startups.
- Bonus : Prior experience in EV Charging, IoT, or Fintech (High-transaction systems).
