IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our wholesale banking delivery systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications for wholesale banking delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends
- Ensure the security and scalability of the applications
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Java, Node.js, or Python
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or Oracle
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Additional Parameters
- Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools is a plus
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus
