We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with minimum 4+ years React.js and .NET expertise to design, develop, and lead delivery of robust web applications. You will build responsive React frontends with scalable .NET Core/MVC backends.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Guide 6-8 developers with technical direction and daily mentoring
- Full Stack Development: Build end-to-end web applications using React.js + .NET 4.8/Core + MVC
- Frontend: Create responsive UIs with React.js, Redux, Hooks, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
- Backend: Develop RESTful Web APIs using C#, ASP.NET MVC/Core, Entity Framework
- Integration: Ensure seamless frontend-backend integration and third-party API connectivity
- Performance: Optimize application speed, scalability, and responsiveness
- SDLC: Participate in planning, coding, code reviews, testing, and deployment
- Version Control: Manage code using Git (branching, PRs, CI/CD)
- Agile: Work in Scrum environment with sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives
