Position: Full Stack Developer (Gen AI)
Location: Chennai, India
Employment Type: Hourly T&M (12 Months)
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack Gen AI applications.
- Build secure backend APIs and modern frontend applications using React.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
- Develop AI solutions using prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and AI agents.
- Create scalable, cloud-based applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Build and maintain REST APIs, databases, and external system integrations.
- Implement logging, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and follow best engineering practices.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
- Experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
- Knowledge of AI agents, tool calling, and workflow orchestration.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI, or similar cloud AI platforms.
- Understanding of application security, responsible AI, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience building enterprise-scale web applications.
- Experience with Azure AI services or equivalent cloud platforms is preferred.
