• Urjafy.com – an eCommerce brand for spiritual products

We're looking for a full-time, Delhi-based Full-Stack Developer to join us on the ground to build these web and mobile apps in-house.

Key Responsibilities-

Mobile App Development (Flutter)

• Build high-performance, multilingual mobile apps using Flutter.
• Implement real-time content, meditation players, user onboarding flows, and workshop registrations.
• Integrate analytics, FCM push notifications, crash tracking, and in-app subscriptions.

Web App Development (Next.js + Tailwind CSS)

• Build and scale multiple public-facing web apps (PMC Hindi, Soham, Jagrut Yuva, Urjafy).
• Optimize SEO, page speed, and responsiveness for users across devices.
• Integrate dynamic content using Supabase/Strapi, handle multilingual i18n routing.

Backend & Infra (Firebase + Supabase + Docker)

• Use Firebase FCM, Crashlytics, and Analytics.
• Use Supabase for authentication and for storing all structured content and user data.
• Deploy Dockerized apps to VPS (Coolify, CapRover) with CI/CD workflows.
• Manage media storage via Cloudflare R2.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Flutter and Next.js (React + TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with Firebase, Supabase, or PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of API integration, authentication flows, and role-based access
• Familiar with Docker and deploying full-stack apps on self-hosted infra
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, GitHub, and modern web architecture
• Good problem-solving skills, ownership, and a builder's mindset
• 3-4 years of experience

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Stripe, Razorpay, or UPI payment gateway integrations
• SEO and analytics integrations (GA4, GSC)
• Audio/video hosting and custom player development
• Voice AI or NLP experience (chatbot, voice search)
• Experience with Headless CMS like Strapi or direct Supabase Admin SDK
