Role Description This is a contract Full Stack Developer role based in Mumbai, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Full Stack Developer will design, build, and maintain web applications that power FilmAmple's location platform, working across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing user interfaces, developing APIs, integrating databases, optimizing performance, and ensuring responsive, accessible designs. The role also involves debugging issues, collaborating with product and design teams, participating in code reviews, and contributing to technical decisions that support scalability and reliability.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Back-End Web Development skills, including API design, database integration, and server-side logic.

Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills with experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building responsive interfaces.

Candidates should possess Software Development and Full-Stack Development skills to work effectively across the entire application stack.

Candidates should possess experience with version control (e.g., Git), testing practices, and debugging tools.

Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, RESTful services, and security best practices is beneficial.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code, collaborate within cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly about technical topics.

Prior experience building platforms or marketplaces, especially in media or entertainment, is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
