About The Role
We are seeking an AI-Native Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team at TechBrig. This role is ideal for a talented developer who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and possesses a strong passion for artificial intelligence and innovative software development. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable AI-powered applications. Your expertise will help us deliver cutting-edge features that leverage the latest in AI tools and workflows, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of fullstack development, including frontend, backend, and deployment processes, with a particular focus on AI-centric solutions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a fullstack developer with expertise in React, FastAPI, Postgres, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience managing the complete development lifecycle—from building and debugging to testing and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks, particularly Playwright.
- An AI-centric mindset with practical experience using tools like Claude Code and familiarity with emerging workflows such as Claude Computer Use.
- Ability to work independently, efficiently managing tasks within a remote team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning new technologies.
- Availability to start immediately is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
As an AI-Native Fullstack Developer at TechBrig, your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing scalable, secure, and efficient AI-integrated applications using React, FastAPI, and Postgres.
- Implementing and maintaining Docker containers for streamlined deployment and scalability.
- Developing automated test suites using Playwright to ensure high-quality code and reliable product performance.
- Collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering team members to translate requirements into functional features.
- Integrating AI tools and workflows into existing systems, optimizing for performance and usability.
- Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and adhering to best coding practices.
- Staying updated on the latest AI tools, frameworks, and industry trends to continuously improve our products and workflows.
