Euryka AI Studio

AI Studio is our managed creative services arm. We pair the Euryka platform with expert human execution to deliver campaign-ready brand and creative assets in days, not weeks.

Think of it as an AI-powered creative department: platform + people + execution.

Our Studio team produces everything from brand visuals and social campaigns to websites, landing pages, and digital experiences. This role sits within the Studio team. Your work will directly shape the web experiences we deliver to clients.

The Role

• You'll work closely with: COO, Creative Directors, and the wider Studio team

We're looking for a mid-to-senior web developer with a sharp eye for design and detail. This is a client-facing production role. You'll build, update, and manage websites and web properties for Studio clients across a range of industries.

Many day-to-day tasks can be accelerated with AI tools. What sets the right candidate apart is attention to detail, design sensibility, and code cleanliness — not years of experience alone.

What You'll Do

• Build, update, and manage client websites across multiple frameworks and CMS platforms
• Translate Figma designs into clean, pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code
• Deliver landing pages, website graphics, and digital experiences that guide users towards action
• Build and manage WordPress sites with clean, lightweight code, minimal plugin reliance, and solid infrastructure fundamentals
• Develop and ship projects using Webflow and/or Payload CMS
• Work across the full stack where needed — from responsive interfaces to back-end services and APIs
• Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor) to speed up routine builds, updates, and debugging
• Maintain high standards of code cleanliness, organisation, and documentation
• Collaborate with creative directors and designers so every build matches the intended design vision
• Support the Studio's commitment to fast, campaign-ready delivery

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

• 3–5+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong eye for design and detail — you notice when something is off and it bothers you
• Experience translating Figma designs (or similar) faithfully into production code
• Comfortable working on client projects with clear briefs, feedback cycles, and delivery deadlines
• Strong front-end skills: React, Next.js (Vue.js a plus)
• Solid back-end proficiency: Node.js, with working knowledge of PHP or Python
• Deep WordPress expertise — clean theme development, custom PHP, minimal plugin reliance
• Experience with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) for development and debugging
• Clean, well-structured, maintainable code as a non-negotiable standard
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in remote, Slack-based team environments
• A well-maintained GitHub profile that shows code quality
• Based in Mumbai

Strong Advantage

• Experience with Webflow and/or Payload CMS
• Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel
• Motion-based graphics and animations using GSAP and/or Framer Motion
• Previous agency or studio experience delivering client work
• Full-stack architecture and DevOps sensibility
• Experience with headless CMS architectures
• Understanding of SEO/AEO best practices and web performance
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows
