The Role: Senior Full Stack Developer
We're looking for a highly capable Full Stack Developer (3–5 years experience) with strong
expertise in React, Next.js, and NestJS to help us build scalable, high-performance web
platforms powering AI-driven mobility solutions.
This role is about:
- Architecting modern, scalable web applications
- Building robust frontend experiences and backend APIs
- Designing systems that handle real-time AI-driven data
- Owning features end-to-end across the stack
What You'll Be Doing
- Build responsive and high-performance frontends using React & Next.js
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs using NestJS
- Design RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs for AI-driven applications
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
- Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data pipelines
- Use Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization
- Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API design
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Collaborate with AI, embedded, and product teams for seamless integration
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production-grade code
- Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker and modern CI/CD pipelines
- Work with cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP
- Support integrations with AI-driven and data-heavy platforms
What You Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with:
- React.js
- Next.js
- NestJS
- Experience building scalable backend systems and microservices
- Strong understanding of API design and distributed system architecture
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB
- Experience using Redis for caching and performance optimization
- Familiarity with event streaming platforms like Kafka
- Knowledge of state management (Redux / Zustand / Context API)
- Experience working with Docker containers
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Strong problem-solving skills and clean coding practices
Good to Have
- Experience working with real-time systems (WebSockets, streaming pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with Kafka-based event-driven architectures
- Experience building AI-driven or data-heavy platforms
- Familiarity with system design principles and scalable architectures
