Role Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications end-to-end. You will build responsive React.js front ends, robust Node.js back-end services, and maintain reliable databases — all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

•       Build responsive, component-driven UIs using React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux).

•       Develop and maintain RESTful APIs with Node.js and Express.js.

•       Design and optimize relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

•       Integrate front-end and back-end components, third-party APIs, and authentication flows (JWT, OAuth 2.0).

•       Optimize application performance, debug issues, and refactor existing systems.

•       Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA in an Agile environment.

•       Write unit and integration tests and maintain technical documentation.

Qualifications

•       3+ years of full stack development experience with Node.js and React.js in production.

•       Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills; solid command of HTML5 and CSS3.

•       Proficiency in CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, styled-components) and responsive design.

•       Experience with databases: PostgreSQL or MySQL, and MongoDB.

•       Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).

•       Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

•       Strong communication and collaboration skills for remote, cross-functional teamwork.

•       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

•       Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes.

•       Exposure to AI/ML projects or integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

•       Familiarity with WebSockets, Redis caching, or message queues.
