About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build and scale our EdTech platform. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who are eager to work with modern technologies and contribute to building impactful learning solutions.

Technical Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in the following:

Frontend Development

* Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

* Hands-on experience with React.js or Next.js (preferred)

* Understanding of responsive design and user-centric UI/UX

Backend Development & APIs

* Strong command of Python

* Experience with FastAPI or Flask

* Good working knowledge of PHP for backend development and server-side scripting

* Ability to design and build RESTful APIs

CMS & Database Management

* Familiarity with Strapi (Headless CMS)

* Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDB

AI & Automation (Good to Have)

* Basic understanding of LLMs and APIs (e.g., OpenAI)

* Exposure to prompt engineering or automation tools (optional, not core requirement)

DevOps & Tools

* Proficiency with Git for version control

* Basic understanding of deployment, hosting, and server management

* Experience with Docker or cloud platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Platform Development

* Build, maintain, and enhance features for our EdTech platform

Feature Implementation

* Develop scalable backend services and interactive frontend components

System Maintenance

* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems for performance and reliability

Rapid Prototyping

* Contribute to testing and building new features and improvements

Collaboration

* Work closely with the team to translate educational and business requirements into functional solutions

Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Experience

* Open to freshers and experienced candidates (03+ years)

* Freshers must demonstrate strong academic or personal projects

* Experienced candidates should have relevant industry experience in full-stack development

Mindset

* Quick learner with a proactive attitude

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter)

* Interest or prior experience in EdTech platforms
