Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft technologies to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and windows applications using C# .NET, React.js, Angular.js, and SQL Server. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Entity Framework.

Build responsive front-end interfaces using React.js, Angular.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Work with SQL Server to create and manage databases, stored procedures, and complex queries.

Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.

Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

48 years of experience in full stack development using Microsoft technologies

Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, React.js, and Angular.js

Experience with RESTful services, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with SSRS, SSIS, and Azure cloud platform

Strong analytical and debugging skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills

Microsoft Certifications

Experience with Power Platform, SharePoint Framework, or Dynamic 365 CRM

Experience in Python, WordPress, PHP

Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

Exposure to insurance, consumer benefits, or COBRA domains
