We are currently scaling our digital ecosystem and need a technical leader to build and manage our custom CRM systems and mobile platforms.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an excellent, highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. This is a high-responsibility role where you will take full technical ownership of our software architecture. You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications and mobile solutions that serve as the backbone of our nutrition and wellness services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain high-performance web applications using Laravel, React.js, and Node.js.
- CRM Architecture: Design and implement scalable backend systems following strict MVC architecture to manage complex dietitian and patient data.
- API Creation & Management: Develop, document, and maintain secure RESTful APIs for seamless integration with our mobile application.
- Database Design: Architect and optimize complex relational databases using MySQL, ensuring data integrity and high-speed query performance.
- Cloud Deployment: Take full responsibility for API and Web deployment across cloud environments, managing server configurations, security, and uptime.
- System Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems while ensuring a clutter-free, clean, and well-documented codebase.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ Years Experience: Proven track record in full-stack development with a focus on system ownership.
- Laravel & PHP Expert: Mastery of the Laravel framework (Eloquent, Service Layers, and API resources).
- Modern JavaScript Stack: Strong professional experience with React.js and Node.js.
- Database Mastery: Advanced proficiency in MySQL (schema design, indexing, and optimization).
- Software Architecture: Solid understanding of MVC Architecture and clean code principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mobile Development: Proven experience in Flutter or React Native for cross-platform mobile app development.
- DevOps Skills: Experience with Cloud Deployment
- Industry Experience: Previous experience building CRM or ERP systems, preferably in the health or wellness sector.
Additional Requirements:
- API Deployment: Skilled in deploying and managing secure, versioned APIs for mobile consumption.
- Front-End Excellence: Expertise in CSS and modern UI frameworks (like Tailwind) to create intuitive, minimalist user interfaces.
- Technical Ownership: Ability to manage server health, SSL, and database backups without supervision.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset to work alongside nutrition experts and designers.
