Role Overview
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong backend depth, frontend craftsmanship, and a solid understanding of AI/GenAI workflows. You will play a key role in building scalable systems, defining architecture, and shipping production-grade features used by enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale backend services using Python
- Develop clean, responsive frontend interfaces using React
- Work on system architecture for scalable, multi-tenant enterprise systems
- Integrate AI / GenAI components (LLMs, embeddings, classification, summarization pipelines)
- Build APIs and data pipelines for handling large volumes of unstructured data
- Optimize performance, security, and reliability of the platform
- Collaborate closely with product, CX, and AI teams
- Own features end-to-end—from design to deployment
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong backend experience with Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask preferred)
- Strong frontend experience with React.js
- Experience designing and working with scalable systems
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, async processing, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Redis)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Working knowledge of AI / GenAI concepts (LLMs, vector databases, embeddings)
Good to Have
- Experience with AI-driven products or SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of NLP, sentiment analysis, or text classification
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployments
- Exposure to event-driven architectures or streaming systems
- Startup or product-led company experience
