Full Stack Developer (AI & Automation)

About the Role

HYPEDIN is looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer (AI & Automation) who can build products and internal systems end-to-end — from UI and frontend to backend, database, AI integrations, automation, and deployment.

You should be a strong builder who can understand a business problem, create the right technical solution, and independently take it from idea to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy full stack web applications from frontend to backend and database.
• Develop modern, responsive, user-friendly UI/UX using React or similar frameworks.
• Build robust backend systems, APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations using Node.js, Python, or equivalent.
• Identify repetitive business processes and build AI-powered automations and workflows.
• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, AI agents, and automation tools into real business use cases.
• Build and maintain internal platforms including creator management, campaign tracking, ambassador programs, dashboards, CRM/workflow tools, and custom business systems.
• Work with Figma/designs and convert concepts into production-ready interfaces.
• Handle testing, debugging, deployment, performance improvements, and maintenance.
• Work closely with the Founder's Office and project teams to convert business requirements into working technology solutions.
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on frontend experience with React or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on backend experience with Node.js, Python, or equivalent.
• Practical experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and deployment.
• Demonstrable experience building with AI APIs, LLMs, agents, or AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with automation processes/workflows.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and responsive design.
• Ability to independently build and ship production-ready applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced startup/agency environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or custom automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Figma, cloud platforms, Docker, and CI/CD.
• Experience building AI agents, dashboards, CRM systems, or workflow platforms.

Ideal Candidate

A full stack builder who is comfortable across Frontend + Backend + AI + Automation + UI/UX, enjoys solving real business problems, and can turn an idea into a working product.

Experience: 0–3 years preferred. Strong freshers with demonstrable real-world projects may also be considered.
