About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong AI and automation skills to build, manage and improve our digital learning platform and internal business systems.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop, test, deploy and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), while implementing AI-powered automations to streamline operations.

We want someone who knows how to use AI development tools to build faster, solve technical problems and turn ideas into fully functional systems.

Key Responsibilities

• LMS Development: Build, improve, test, deploy and maintain the Chate Prep Plus learning platform.
• AI-Powered Development: Use AI coding tools to accelerate development, debugging, testing and deployment.
• AI Automation: Build, manage and streamline automated workflows across our business.
• System Integrations: Connect the LMS, website, CRM, payment systems, WhatsApp and third-party platforms through APIs and webhooks.
• Full Stack Development: Handle frontend, backend, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Testing & Deployment: Ensure applications are secure, reliable, responsive and production-ready.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify technical challenges and implement scalable, AI-assisted solutions.

Technical Skills

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend: Python, Node.js, REST APIs.
• Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB or Supabase.
• AI Tools: Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI API or similar.
• Automation: n8n, Make, Pabbly, Zapier and API integrations.
• Deployment: Git, Docker, AWS, Vercel or similar cloud platforms.
• Bonus: Experience with LMS platforms, video streaming, payment gateways and EdTech systems.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone comfortable using AI as part of their everyday development workflow.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an understanding of system architecture.
• Ability to manage AI automations and troubleshoot integrations.
