Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications and technical solutions for ACS Publications business operations, including Revenue Operations and Marketing (ROME) business users
- Work with our Marketing & Sales operations team to improve or enable their efforts through understanding their needs and recommendations
- CMS & Website Development: Build and maintain high-performance, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (React, Vue) on CMS platforms like WordPress & Sanity
- Integrate marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, HubSpot, Oracle (Eloqua), Salesforce) with the front end and backend systems
- Ensure attribution signals are consistent and synchronized across all platforms (Meta, Google, CRM, GA4, and reporting) helping to eliminate data duplication
- Actively manage Google Tag Manager and all marketing pixels, events, and data-share on the system's back end using both server-side and client-side methods
- Learn how to develop and maintain new applications and new technologies
- Work as a member of a global Agile/SAFe team, demonstrating excellent collaboration and teamwork to meet the objectives of the team and business
- Manage code repositories, handle code merges, perform quality checks, and automate deployment using tools like Git, Maven, Docker, Solar, Cloud Build, GitHub Actions, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years in Frontend: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; experience with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Backend: Proficiency in backend languages such as Python, PHP, Java, or Node.js.
- MarTech Familiarity: Experience with CMS (WordPress/Sanity), analytics tracking (Google Analytics/GTM), and tag management.
- Data Integration: Strong experience with API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Workato).
- Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- 1+ years of experience in building cloud-native software solutions on AWS or GCP.
