student behavior, learning patterns, and employability metrics while enabling
MSMEs to identify talent, collaborate, and co-develop solutions. BizVidya aims to become the
central nervous system of industry-academia partnerships in India.
Role Overview
We are seeking a
Full-Stack Data Scientist who can design, develop, and deploy analytical systems that power the BizVidya ecosystem. You will work on
data collection pipelines, predictive analytics, machine learning models, and data visualization dashboards to generate real-time insights for institutions, students, and MSMEs.
This is an
equity-based role, ideal for someone who is passionate about analytics, AI-driven product innovation, and shaping India's education-tech data revolution.
Key Responsibilities- Data Pipeline Development:
- Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines from multiple sources (apps, IoT systems, surveys, and APIs).
- Ensure data integrity, scalability, and structured collection for diverse institutional datasets.
- Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics:
- Build predictive models for student performance, engagement, and employability mapping.
- Develop recommendation engines for MSMEcollege collaborations based on skill gaps and regional trends.
- Behavioral & Sentiment Analysis:
- Analyze large-scale datasets to understand student psychology, learning behavior, and institutional dynamics.
- Use NLP and data mining to uncover insights from unstructured feedback and communication data.
- Visualization & Decision Systems:
- Create dashboards for institutional heads, investors, and policymakers to visualize educational and economic trends.
- Collaborate with developers to deploy real-time analytics modules into the BizVidya platform.
- Product & Strategy Collaboration:
- Work closely with product and business teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Contribute to product innovation by identifying data-driven opportunities for scaling BizVidya's offerings.
Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on experience in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow / PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in data engineering, ML model deployment, and visualization (Tableau / Power BI / Streamlit / Dash).
- Strong understanding of education data, behavioral analytics, or MSME intelligence (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to handle end-to-end data lifecycle from collection and cleaning to deployment.
- Passion for building meaningful data solutions that impact people, not just metrics.
