AbouttheRole:

Wearelookingforahands-onFullStackDataScientistwhocanindependentlymanagethe

entiremachinelearninglifecycle-fromdatawranglingtodeployment-withoutrelyingona

dedicateddataengineeringteam.Thisroleisidealforsomeonewhothrivesinafast-paced,self-

directedenvironmentandispassionateaboutbuildingreal-worldMLsolutionsthatdrive

businessoutcomes.

KeyResponsibilities:

∙OwnthefullMLpipeline:dataingestion,cleaning,featureengineering,model

development,deployment,andmonitoring.

∙Buildandfine-tunemodelsusingPythonandframeworkslikeScikit-learn,XGBoost,

TensorFlow,orPyTorch.

∙DeploymodelsusingDatabricks,MLflow,andcloud-nativetools(preferablyAzure).

∙Developrobust,scalablepipelinesusingPySparkornativeDatabricksworkflows.

∙CollaboratewithBIanalystsandbusinessstakeholderstotranslaterequirementsinto

production-readysolutions.

∙Maintainandimproveexistingmodelsandpipelineswithminimalsupervision.

RequiredSkills:

∙3+yearsofexperienceinapplieddatascienceorMLengineering.

∙StrongPythonprogrammingskills,includingexperiencewithdatamanipulationandMLlibraries.

∙ExperiencewithDatabricksandcloud-basedMLdeployment(Azurepreferred).

∙AbilitytoworkindependentlyacrossthefullstackofMLdevelopmentanddeployment.

∙Familiaritywithversioncontrol(Git),CI/CD,andMLOpsbestpractices.

∙Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkwithremoteteamsacrosstimezones.

∙ExperiencewithdatapipelinedevelopmentusingPySparkorDeltaLake.

∙ExposuretoDocker,RESTAPIs,orreal-timeinference.

∙Priorexperienceworkinginamanufacturingorindustrialanalyticsenvironment.
