Full Stack C#/Angular Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical authority in the team, specializing in Design and Development of C# .NET Core applications.
• Plan and assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team members meet deadlines.
• Set and enforce high standards for code quality and robustness, including performing code reviews, and advocating for best practices.
• Mentor team members, fostering professional growth and enhancing their technical skills in C# and related technologies.
• Design and develop user-friendly web applications and APIs for generating, validating, and filing financial reports in iXBRL format.
• Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven hands on experience (14+ years) in Designing and Developing web applications using C#.NET and Azure platform.
• Experience in Application Architecture and Desiging complex systems using design patterns and best practices.
• Hands on expertise with various .NET technologies, such as ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web APIs.
• Solid understanding of relational and document databases (SQL/MongoDB) and ability to write/debug complex queries.
• Strong understanding of front-end stack like HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, Angular.
• Advanced knowledge of Git, CI/CD and Agile software development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with financial reporting standards (XBRL, iXBRL) and regulatory compliance (SEC, HMRC, etc.) is a plus.
