Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
Full Stack Solution Architect to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable, end-to-end technology solutions. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural strategies and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture:
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack solutions.
- Develop architectural blueprints and detailed documentation to guide development teams.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.
- Full Stack Development:
- Work across the stack, including front-end, back-end, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain reusable code, frameworks, and libraries.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Partner with DevOps and QA teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines and ensure solution reliability.
- Technology Evaluation:
- Assess emerging technologies and tools to improve existing solutions and processes.
- Recommend strategies for technical improvements and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
- Proven experience in full-stack development (front-end, back-end, and cloud).
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in front-end frameworks (React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
- Proficiency in databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, Azure Architect).
- Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration and data pipelines.
