Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and builder-minded Full-Stack Developer who can help create and scale the technology backbone of HiWox. This role involves working on platforms, dashboards, user systems, data infrastructure, automation workflows, and future digital wellness products.
The ideal candidate should be excited about building meaningful technology solutions from scratch in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage scalable web applications, dashboards, and backend systems.
- Build user-facing platforms for wellness engagement, data collection, and operations.
- Create APIs, databases, and system integrations for smooth functionality across platforms.
- Work on automation systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with healthcare, operations, and analytics teams to build technology-driven solutions.
- Optimize platform performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
- Support future development involving AI, analytics, IoT, and behavioral data systems.
- Contribute to product architecture, technical strategy, and long-term technology planning.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend development.
- Experience with modern frameworks, databases, APIs, and cloud deployment systems.
- Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
- Understanding of scalable architecture and startup product development.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong execution capability.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, analytics, or data-driven ecosystems is preferred.
