About Us

Shree Radha Studio is a Delhi-based B2B women's ethnicwear company building its own ERP, automation, and applied-AI systems for operations, design, content, and decision-making.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can build reliable backend systems, integrate AI capabilities, and take projects from prototype to production.

You will work directly with the business owner and collaborate with a junior frontend developer. Frontend designs and mockups are largely ready; your primary responsibility will be backend engineering, integrations, AI workflows, and deployment.

Key Projects

• Build the backend of a custom ERP integrated with BUSY Accounting Software through APIs
• Push purchase, sales, inventory, and other accounting entries from our ERP into BUSY
• Develop RAG pipelines for ERP-based voice and data-analytics agents
• Build AI agents and multi-step automation workflows
• Create image and video-generation workflows for an AI designer agent
• Help establish an internal AI content, video, and advertisement-generation lab
• Deploy, monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve these systems

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a software-development environment
• Strong backend development skills using Python, Go, Node.js, or a comparable language
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL, database design, authentication, and access control
• Practical experience with LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, prompt design, or AI agents
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, cloud deployment, logging, testing, and debugging
• Ability to independently understand business workflows and convert them into working software
• Portfolio containing at least one executed AI or automation project

Good to Have

• Golang
• Neon/PostgreSQL and pgvector
• Vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma
• Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools
• Workflow tools such as n8n, Temporal, or equivalent
• Experience integrating ERP, accounting, inventory, or enterprise software
• Image/video-generation APIs and automated content pipelines
• LLM evaluation, guardrails, tracing, and cost optimisation
