Job Summary:

As a Full Stack AI Developer (IC-4), you will independently deliver end-to-end projects using AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Replit while maintaining strong control over architecture, performance, and security.

You'll own client deliverables from design to deployment and help shape the way the company integrates retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI workflows, and automation into our full stack builds.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of full stack engineering and AI innovation—comfortable working across multiple frameworks while driving quality and efficiency in AI-assisted builds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver end-to-end applications (web + mobile) independently using AI-assisted workflows.

- Translate product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable architecture before generating code.

- Implement RAG pipelines and AI features in applications with support from staff/lead engineers. - Review, refine, and optimize AI-generated code for performance, reliability, and security

- Ensure cross-browser, responsive, and mobile-friendly execution across stacks.

- Configure and manage data models, APIs, and integrations with third-party services.

- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and playbooks on AI-assisted dev workflows.

- Own delivery accountability on projects.

- Drive knowledge sharing through internal documentation, workshops, and best practice guides.

Requirements:

- 4–6 years of professional full stack development experience.

- Proven ability to design and deliver large-scale applications independently.

- Advanced expertise with AI-assisted development workflows. (Cursor IDE or similar)

- Knowledge of retrieval pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integrations.

- Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks. (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)

- Proficiency across multiple stacks: React/Next.js, Node, Supabase/PostgreSQL, mobile. (Flutter or React Native)

- Ability to design APIs, data models, and integrations at scale.

- Knowledge and experience of DevOps practices. (Docker, CI/CD, Vercel, cloud deployment)

- Experience reviewing AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.

- Excellent communication and leadership in remote-first, async teams.

Nice to Have:

- Experience contributing to open-source AI frameworks or libraries.

- Experience with Supabase, Tailwind, ShadCN, and CI/CD workflows.

- Exposure to MLOps pipelines and model fine-tuning workflows.

- Prior experience in agency or high-velocity product environments.

Schedules & Expectations:

- Must be proactive, self-accountable, and capable of owning projects independently.

- Work tracked in ClickUp, collaboration via Slack.

- Participation in sprint planning and async standups.

- Time tracking required for alignment and accountability.
