Join our dynamic, distributed OWG Technology team as an AI Full-Stack Developer, where you will design, build, and deploy AI-enabled web applications across the full stack. You will work with modern front-end and back-end frameworks, integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and related ML components, and operate services in cloud environments. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with modern web and server-side technologies, familiarity with both relational and non-relational data stores, and practical exposure to deploying and maintaining cloud-based systems. Passion for LLMs and agile development, along with the ability to thrive in an international, collaborative setting, are key.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React with TypeScript.

Build robust, high-performance APIs using NestJS/NodeJS or FastAPI/Python.

Integrate applications with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs.

Establish and uphold best practice development frameworks and standards, including prompt engineering.

Embrace a fast-paced, experimental approach focused on rapid iteration and a proof-of-concept mindset to drive innovation.

Deploy and monitor applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

Utilize both SQL and NoSQL database solutions.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best engineering practices.

Learn from failures, adapt quickly, and communicate lessons effectively.

Maintain a lifelong learning mindset, continuously seeking opportunities for growth.

Work efficiently as part of a distributed (remote/virtual) team.

Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions clearly in English.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of relevant experience in software development.

Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks, ideally React with TypeScript (Angular experience is a plus).

Hands-on experience with NestJS /NodeJS.

Experience with or knowledge of FastAPI or Django/Python.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.

Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques.

Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Some experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar tools.

Exposure to AI Agents.

Experience with AWS cloud services.

Demonstrated success working in Agile environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging UK stakeholders confidently.

Nice to Have

Practical experience with Kubernetes and MongoDB.

Knowledge of deployment and infrastructure management.

Background working with PowerPoint XML/Office API
