Full Stack AI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI/GenAI Developer to join our team. The role focuses on identifying, designing, developing, and delivering advanced technology solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Conversational AI, Machine Learning, and modern web technologies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying Web and AI solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and the users. Building awareness around the challenges and the best practices that are involved in working with AI and striving to overcome them and improve their skills. Additionally, should have knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, and tools such as Git, Docker, and Jupiter Notebook.

This position requires expertise in full-stack development, AI/ML technologies, Python, cloud platforms, and modern software engineering practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, NestJS, NodeJS, and other technologies.

• Deploy and maintain AI applications in production and ensuring its reliability and scalability.

• Collaborate with other engineers, researchers, and domain experts to identify and define general intelligence problems and solutions.

• Conduct experiments and evaluations to measure and improve the performance, robustness, and scalability of general artificial intelligence systems.

• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in GenAI intelligence research and applications.

• Write clean, readable, and testable code that follows best practices and standards.

• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and devices.

• Collaborate with other architects, developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products & services.

• Communicate and document the results and insights of general artificial intelligence projects to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills

• At least 5 years of experience as a full stack developer or similar role and 3+ years of experience in GenAI

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g. Angular, NestJS, NodeJS)

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python and SQL/ NOSQL databases

• Known to frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and NLTK.

• Knowledge of web development tools such as Git, Webpack, NPM, or Babel

• Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Knowledge of conversational system development

• Experience with developing AI models.

Desired Skills:

• Web Application Development – Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular and other technologies.

• API Development - Develop rest APIs with right set of guardrails using NestJS, NodeJS, Python and other technologies.

• Natural language processing: the field of AI that deals with understanding and generating natural language, such as text and speech.

• Computer vision: the field of AI that deals with analyzing and interpreting visual information, such as images and videos.

• Reinforcement learning: a type of machine learning that involves learning from trial and error by interacting with an environment and receiving rewards or penalties.

• Data science: the practice of collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data to gain insights
