Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong AI and automation skills to build an AI-powered international legal careers platform.

This is a 3-month freelance project to build and launch the initial MVP.

The platform will help legal professionals discover international legal opportunities and use AI to find relevant jobs, understand their potential suitability and prepare applications.

Modern, professional web platform
Legal job search and database
AI-powered job discovery and processing
AI job matching
Candidate profiles and dashboards
AI CV creation and CV tailoring
AI cover-letter generation
Job alerts
Application tracking
Admin dashboard
Payment/subscription functionality
Deployment and basic security

We are looking for someone with experience in

Full-stack web development
React / Next.js
Node.js and/or Python
Databases and APIs
AI/LLM integration
AI automation
Data extraction and processing
Document/CV processing
Search and matching systems
Cloud deployment

You should be comfortable taking a product from development through testing and launch.

Important

We are looking for one developer who can personally handle the main development work. We are not looking for someone who will simply manage other developers.

The project will use client-controlled accounts, repositories and infrastructure, and the work will be transferred to the client upon completion.
