We are looking for a driven engineering graduate to join as a Probationary Associate in Full Stack Agentic AI Development. You will work with senior engineers to build LLM-powered systems and user-facing applications, gaining hands-on experience across the tech and domain stack. This role is designed to fast-track growth for candidates with strong technical aptitude and a passion for AI engineering. The role and opportunity is based out of Mumbai and Mumbai resident candidates will be given first preference. The opportunity carries an above market pay package on confirmation with the opportunity to participate in a stock plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain full stack web applications (frontend + backend) that integrate AI/LLM capabilities.
- Develop agentic pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
- Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) including function calling, tool use, and memory systems.
- Write clean, testable REST or GraphQL APIs to power AI-driven product features.
- Collaborate with the product and ML teams to prototype and ship AI-native features rapidly.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning.
- Debug and resolve issues across the stack from database queries to UI state.
- Document systems, APIs, and AI agent behaviours for team knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of at least one backend language Python (preferred), Java, Node.js, or Go.
- Working knowledge of frontend fundamentals HTML, CSS, JavaScript; React, Angular or Next.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and concepts like RAG, agents, and tool calling.
- Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL) and REST API design.
- Understanding of Git-based workflows and basic CI/CD concepts.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn fast in an ambiguous environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
