Job Summary: The Revenue OwnerWe are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Full-Cycle Sales Executive who will own the entire sales process from initial outreach to contract signing. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, conducting closing presentations, and finalizing high-value deals (50k - 100k retainers). This role is critical to scaling our agency's revenue to 10 Lakhs/month.
You will start working remotely but must be ready to transition to a full-time onsite role at our Gurgaon (Gurugram) office within 3-6 months to align with team collaboration and strategic meetings.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation (40%): Proactively prospect and qualify B2B opportunities across target industries using strategic outbound methods (LinkedIn, cold email, networking).
- Deal Ownership (40%): Conduct professional discovery calls, deliver tailored final presentations, negotiate terms, and close high-value retainer contracts independently.
- Support Coordination (10%): Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Expert, SEO team, or Web Developer, arranging their participation in virtual meetings when technical depth or specific expertise is required for client confidence.
- Pipeline Management (10%): Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, forecasts, and progress in the CRM system.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed the monthly new revenue target of 2 Lakh - 3 Lakh.
Compensation Structure (Revised Hunter Model):- Base: 25,000 35,000 per month (Commensurate with closing experience).
- Commission:10% - 20% of every retainer closed.
Required Education & Skills:- Education: Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Experience:3+ years of proven full-cycle B2B sales experience within a Digital Marketing Agency, SaaS, or IT services environment is required.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity and confidence in selling complex services like Performance Marketing (PPC), SEO, and Web Development.
- Location:Willingness to relocate or commute to Gurgaon (Gurugram) is mandatory once the office opens (expected transition in 3-6 months).
