• Willingness for regular site visits, inspections and field coordination activities.

• Commitment towards discipline, execution excellence and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site installation and execution activities

• Coordinate with contractors, clients and project teams

• Ensure quality, timelines and safety compliance

• Conduct site inspections and reporting

• Manage labour coordination and material tracking

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical preferred

• 2–5 years of experience in site/project supervision

• Strong execution and coordination capabilities

• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams
