Job Description

About the Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you will ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and shipments are handled accurately. You will coordinate with third-party vendors, perform inventory checks, and maintain documentation to support smooth operations. Your role will be essential in meeting customer service standards and optimizing order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities:
. Process and manage customer orders.
. Coordinate shipping and logistics.
. Communicate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.
. Conduct regular inventory checks and updates.
. Maintain operational documents and records.
. Assist in preparing volume and demand planning analyses.
. Address customer inquiries with enhanced responsiveness.
. Identify and report operational inefficiencies.
. Support the team with administrative tasks.
. Assist in training new team members on basic tasks.
