Key Responsibilities

  • Broad understanding of supply & demand for customer sales orders & execution portion of it till fulfillment.

  • Generate reports, track shipment. Close coordination with Planning, Purchasing and Logistics.

  • Develop understanding of customer requirements and relationship with customers

  • Handle global customer escalations & provide effective solutions for tool downs.

  • Generate reports on delayed or any misses of fulfillment & take necessary action.

  • Working in different time zones to support Global Customer Sales Order demands.

  • Resource will be part of Fulfillment Ops team and helping with new reporting/dashboard requirements in the team along with the daily tactical.

  • Participates in the design, development and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. used to drive key business decisions.

  • Works within controls to ensure the accuracy, timeliness of the requested reports.

  • Implements new business reports within the established reporting framework, policies and procedures. Trains and supports end users on accessing of reports.

Experience - 4 to 9 years

Functional Knowledge

  • Good understanding of Operations and Supply Chain Management.

  • SAP end user knowledge is essential.

  • Hands on experience in advanced Excel / SQL/Tableau to develop reports and analytics.

Apply to this job only if you are flexible with the following shift timings: this is a rotational shift role-6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Each shift rotation may last for 2-3 months.

Bachelor of Engineering or MBA in Operations/Supply chain.
