FTC - Lead Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business structures, operating models, and objectives to understand how processes function end to end
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in the current operating model
• Design and document potential future-state solutions with clear benefits and risk considerations
• Prepare and present analysis findings, recommendations, and impact assessments to leadership
• Develop comprehensive end-to-end test cases across single and multi-application processes
• Support and oversee implementation of approved process improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and automation specialists
