We are seeking a Product Designer specializing in FSS Acquisition Engineering for designing plastic parts for four-wheelers, including preparing Engineering BOMs, Master Section proposals, and understanding CAE testing and part validation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with plastic exterior and interior trims, as well as under hood plastic parts of four-wheelers.
- Prepare Engineering BOMs and Technical Presentations involving plastic materials, BOPs, plastic part assembly methods, and secondary operations proposals.
- Develop Master Section proposals and part fitment/mounting concepts using Catia or Creo software.
- Provide style feasibility feedback for design improvements.
- Understand and work with CAE test requirements and part validation test requirements.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Catia V5 R33 or Creo-11.
- Knowledge and experience in preparing Engineering BOMs, technical presentations, and part proposals.
- Understanding of plastic part assembly methods and secondary operations in automotive manufacturing.
- Exposure to part validation and CAE testing requirements.
