Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi and Gwalior, India, for a Forward Support Representative (FSR) at Threye Interactive. As an FSR, you will oversee the coordination and execution of on-site technical support, acting as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team. Responsibilities include providing initial system setup and support, troubleshooting software or hardware issues, creating training materials, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software systems, with knowledge of AR/VR technologies being a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with an ability to liaise effectively between clients and development teams
- Experience in project coordination, delivering technical training or creating user manuals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while managing responsibilities independently when needed
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments and on-site client interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in AR/VR projects or the gaming and simulation domain is a strong advantage
